The Basics

By using OGMagic ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. OGMagic is operated by ogmagic.dev. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Free Tier

• 50 API calls per month, rate limited by IP address.
• Access to 5 templates and the visual editor.
• No signup or account required.
• No SLA or uptime guarantee. We do our best, but it's free.
• We reserve the right to adjust free tier limits at any time.

Pro License

• One-time payment of $12 via LemonSqueezy.
• 5,000 API calls per month with a personal license key.
• Access to all 55+ templates and priority rendering.
• License is per-person, non-transferable.
• Refunds are handled through LemonSqueezy per their refund policy.

Acceptable Use

Don't use OGMagic to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• Overwhelm the API with excessive requests beyond your tier limits.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the service.
• Share or resell your Pro license key.
• Use automated tools to circumvent rate limits.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations without notice.

Generated Images

Images you generate via the API are yours to use. We don't claim ownership of your generated content. However, templates and the underlying service remain our intellectual property.

Availability & Liability

• The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We're not liable for downtime, data loss, or any damages arising from your use of the service.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted on this page.
